Replacement Guarantee

Stoneglass Industries guarantees the quality of materials and craftsmanship of all Stoneglass® customised products and Bio-Infinitum® customised products for 5 years from the date of purchase.  If the Stoneglass® customised product or the Bio-Infinitum® customised product breaks or fractures or is otherwise damaged due to faulty materials or Stoneglass Industries' craftsmanship during the course of ordinary use during this time, Stoneglass will replace that product free of charge.

Limitations:  Stoneglass Industries will not be responsible for and this Replacement Guarantee will not apply to (a) the ceramic coating, other treatments or finishes applied by a dental technician or (b) any breakage or fracture of the Stoneglass® customised product or the Bio-Infinitum® customised product caused by poor design, errors in design, designs which are outside of Stoneglass Industries' published indications for the relevant material (available on this website and in the Stoneglass® Industries Product catalogue) or the inaccuracy of the implant model provided to Stoneglass Industries. This Replacement Guarantee only covers the replacement of the Stoneglass® customised product or the Bio-Infinitum® customised product by Stoneglass Industries in the same material in which the original customised product was made and does not include any additional costs.
